Can You Accommodate Same Day Appointments?
We can usually schedule same day appointments.
What Should I Bring To My First Appointment?
You should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Bring you driver’s license, a form of payment (if needed), insurance card, and new patient paperwork (come earlier if you need to fill it out). If required to select a PCP on your insurance card, please select “Macie Medical.”
Do You Take My Insurance?
For your convenience, We accepts a variety of insurance plans. Click here to see a list of commonly accepted insurances. This list is not entirely inclusive of all plans we accept. For specific insurance plan inquiries & eligibility, please contact your insurance provider.
When Will I Get My Lab Results?
We can usually schedule same day appointments. Labs completed in-house are usually available within 20 mins. If you have send-out labs prior to 2pm, we should receive your results by the next morning. If obtained after 2pm, it may take up to 48 hours to receive your results. Cultures will take longer to receive because they take min 48 hours for the cultures to grow.
