  • Our office will call you to confirm that your symptoms are treatable through telehealth. 
  • Pay the $105 consultation fee via a secure payment link. 
  • Complete required forms before your appointment. 
  • Receive a secure telehealth link for your virtual visit. 
  • Join the visit at your scheduled time your provider will evaluate your condition. 
  • If needed, your provider will order lab tests through your local Quest Labs or suggest an at-home test from a pharmacy. 
  • Prescriptions will be sent to your local pharmacy for pickup. 
  • If lab tests were ordered, your provider will follow up with results and treatment recommendations.

Our virtual sick visits are available for adults 18+ who need medical care for non-emergency conditions.
No, we do not accept insurance for telehealth sick visits. However, we offer a flat-rate fee of $105, which is often more affordable than urgent care or emergency room visits.
If your provider orders lab tests, you can get them done at your local Quest Labs or use an at-home test from a pharmacy. You are responsible for lab costs.

If you need prescription medication, your provider will send it to your preferred local pharmacy for pickup. You are responsible for medication costs.
If your symptoms require an in-person evaluation, our team will advise you to visit an urgent care center or a primary care clinic. Your consultation fee is non-refundable.
