1. Schedule Your Appointment

• Request an appointment online or by phone.
• A staff member will contact you to confirm the details and explain the program.

2. Select Your Plan

• Choose between month-to-month membership or a discounted bundle package for additional savings.
• Confirm your medication choice (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide).

3. Complete Your Payment & Paperwork

• A payment link will be sent to you. Payment must be completed before scheduling.
• Once payment is received, you’ll receive paperwork that must be filled out before your appointment.

4. Attend Your Consultation

• On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a secure video link.
• Weigh yourself right before the appointment for accurate tracking.
• Your provider will review your health, discuss your treatment plan, order baseline labs, and prescribe your medication.
• For in-person appointments, our medical assistants will assist you when everything when you arrive at our cozy office.
• For in-person appointments, we recommend body composition testing to give our providers additional vital health information

5. Receive Your Medication & Lab Orders

• Your GLP-1 medication will be mailed directly to your specified address.
• Your lab order will be sent electronically to Quest Diagnostics. Then, just walk in for your test (fasting is required).

6. Continue Your Journey

• Your monthly membership fee will be automatically charged before each visit.
• If we do not have a card on file, a payment link will be sent before your visit
• Labs should be completed before each follow-up visit to ensure continued progress.
